Recently, the crazy hot weather is so suffocating. Ice-cream will definitely be the first choice when thinking of what to have for dessert. To me, Ice Estate's mango ice-cream is refreshing, not too sweet, definitely a good choice to go for hot weather.

When the waiter served the ice-cream, he asked, "Ready?" Then, I was like, huh?
Then he said, ready to do what we supposed to do now?
Oh, ok got it, ready to take picture. *Typical asian huh? Hahaha.
Because the staff will only pour the liquid nitrogen on top of the ice-cream when they serve to your table, so that we as the customers have a chance to experience the exciting view of the white smoke, but most importantly, you got the chance to take ice-cream picture with the white smoke.
